Hey Clients!!! I have exciting news! As always my plans are EVER CHANGING due to this pandemic- and God laughing at me everytime I think I know what’s going to happen! He thinks it’s comical- I just keep walking in faith! *+*+*+*+*+* So once the Stage 3 has been decided in the state of CA- for our county as well- I’m hopeful for FALL- I’ll have my new spot all READY!!!!!!! *+*+*+*+*+*+*+ Woo who!!!! Details to come later- just know I’m worked hard at picking somewhere that meets my family’s needs, and clients comfort needs. I turned down some places- and stayed faithful in the process! Please remember- my NEW part time schedule relies SOLELY on my kids school schedule- I’m now a homeschooling mom of 7- lol (until schools open back up)

It’s ALMOST a YEAR! I can’t believe May is my 1Year Anniversary of being in business! After a LOT of soul searching / massive praying/ and homeschooling / and meal making / field trips/ time spent with my little ones that were struggling so much with me being gone/ and front door welcome home greetings from those in my family/ I’ve made some decisions about my business plan going forward. As much as I love EVERY ONE of my clients- I will tentatively be going to work w...hen this over ******ONLY *****part time**** I have about 6 clients that prepaid/has massage gift cards/ etc and I will be honoring those FIRST. Number one question I keep getting- WHEN?!?! I was shooting for May- but it looks like mid June is more realistic. Rescheduling a entire week at a time when all the started was insane and a mess- I’d rather just wait it out. covid -19 changes? I’m waiting to see what our licensing board will be changing/saying/suggesting. I’m tempted to have clients take temperature before appointment like chiropractor offices have started doing. And obviously asking that anyone sick/or has a family member sick/ reschedule. What will this look like? When my kids are home- I’m home. When my husband is walking in the door from work- I’m hopeful to be home shortly after. He has graciously cooked all the dinners since I started SCHOOL/WORK. Teachers ? let’s hope I can start back while school is out so a lot of teachers can get in. You all helped me build my business/ and while I want to honor that and show gratitude- I must be a mom and wife first. Evening appointments?? On a regular work day- 4:00 is the latest. There are a lot of clients that I will unfortunately not be able to keep. Because they need evening appointments. And as much as it pains me- I just need to put my family first. Right now I don’t know what that will look like. The weeks I don’t have all the kids in evening/ I may pick a night to stay late but again- husband and 2 kids are always home. So I’m unsure for now. New clients? Nope- I’ll be lucky to get regular clients booked. Pricing? As all my clients know- I was working my way up to $60 an hour for 60 minute regular combo massage- starting in May- and that is continuing/ with the exception of the Teacher Discount/ and all my teachers already know what that is. My kids will only be this small for a short time- my daughter is moving to Fresno State in August-and I have cherished being home with them- and didn’t realize how badly I was needed here. Don’t get me wrong- a lot of people work with kids/family. I applaud you ! I don’t NEED to work. The financial changes in our home since this hit had been devastating- But - after being reminded In so many ways why I was stay at home mom for years- I realized my clients are amazing- and I’ll continue to do what I can-but my family needs me. I adore you all! And will be in contact soon-

I have had about 3 mental breakdowns cause I DONT know how to NOT HELP people. A real conversation between hubby and I: Me: crying uncontrollably: you don’t understand! I actually help people! Like when they are hurting- they leave and they can MOVE, and APPRECIATE me! Husband: hunny it’s ok- this will all be over soon! Me: you just don’t understand-!- I make a DIFFERENCE!
