Bitek continues growth through exceptional customer service. According to J6 at DLA Bitek International has now been listed on the preferred vendor list because of their exemplary service to their customers. The JITC team went to TSSAP to provide support during the testing process. Two members of the team were listed as being willing to always go above and beyond to get the project done right. Sonail Patel received 5 honorable mentions and Kurtis Berger received one. As a result the company has added two new channel partner resellers and 3 new projects this month
