Have you ever seen our clown knifefish (Chitala ornata)? These fish will hunt at night and are not picky eaters. They'll pretty much eat anything they can fit in their mouth. Ours usually hides during the day but was pretty excited about getting a fresh water change this morning. #knifefish #tropicalfish #epiphyte

I was in the ethnobotany garden last evening and a small bat did a 360 around me and landed on a small toyon next to me. At first I thought is was a giant moth becuase it was fluttering much like a butterfly. When I went to snap a picture he took off.
