Start heating up your space and put on your humidifier now... get out your favorite leotard or hot yoga outfit, drink some water and eat some food right now, if you’re absolutely depleted and let’s do our first zoom session togetherGain the energy from the full moon at the end of class we were doing a grounding technique so your energy does not feel scattered

Love OUR Tribe over the weekend we had a rare planetary alignment in the sky. Our weekend yoga was fabulous. We’ve gone into this new year with strong balanced energy. I feel so grateful. Ready for our next class together. See you soon in the hot room
