I bow to the light in everyone who signed on for class this morning and apologize for the technological failure. As I’ve said in the past what’s life during the COVID pandemic without tech issues? Still, I really missed sharing yoga with you as I have for over 12 years on Saturday mornings and practicing at that time for over 20! I grounded myself with tree pose while supervising sledding.
