Drop-in for an afternoon treat and get your bike washed! Bike wash starts at 3:00 PM and we will stay open until all of the bikes are done! Supporting local juniors and programs.

We run virtual spin classes, led by USA Cyc...ling-certified coaches/instructors, with classes Monday-Friday, including AM and evening classes available! You’ll improve your cadence, ability to change speed efficiently, work on gear selection if on a bike on a trainer, and work on seated-to-standing transitions, to name just a few of the skills you can improve indoors. Classes are set to music (like a traditional spin class) and can be taken from the comfort of your home!
