One of the reasons why I fell in love with BEYOND is because the music drives the movements, giving me an adrenaline rush every time! I was feeling and seeing results quicker than any other workout I had been doing... I was HOOKED. Being a dancer, I love that I can incorporate my knowledge of technique into my flows and share some ballet-inspired movements with our clients! We love a good arabesque When I’m not teaching pilates or dance, my life is occupied with nursing school (you can always find me with my laptop), adventures, and good food. #GETLO with me Wednesdays at 12PM, 4:30PM, and 5:30PM and Fridays at 5:15PM!
