#GumGraft Before & After - 3 year difference One of the most common questions I'm asked is how long gum grafts typically last. This patient was treated in 2016 for #gingival (#GumRecession) of all the lower anterior teeth. We had a follow up yesterday, and it is holding up very well. #SmileTransformation. Our patient presented with a failed implant at 7, and advanced #PeriodontalDisease on 8, 9, and 10. The teeth were removed and the sites were #grafted with bone. After initial healing, the canines (6 and 11) had #GumRecession, which were grafted with connective tissue and CAF.
