Best RV Center

This was a super easy no nonsense experience. We told them over email what we were looking for, they responded promptly with the best price and proactively sent all of the corresponding documentation. We arrived two days later, and within 30 minutes, we had our trailer keys and were doing a walk through and training with their tech. Speaking of the tech, he was outstanding. He took his time answering all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure everything was right before we drove off the lot. We are super happy with our purchase, and we are looking forward to years of enjoyment. Thank you

Worked with Naiel to purchase our new Eclips Attitude toy hauler and we couldn't be more pleased with how smooth the transaction went. From start to finish the entire process was seamless and very straight forward. Our local dealer was not interested at all in earning our business and Best RV made it so simple and easy to get exactly what we wanted without a bunch of features we did not, not to mention we saved 20k over what the local store was willing to do. We tried hard... to keep our money local but in the end Naiel and Best Rv just made it to easy. I am certain that this will not be our last transaction with these guys. What a great experience buying from Best RV, shopped around the Fresno area and decided to make the drive to Turlock. The service was top notched, they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Worked with Matt over the phone and he delivered on everything promised. We just purchased a beautiful new Impact toy hauler. Upon driving up, we were immediately greeted by one of the multiple salesmen standing outside. He proceeded to show us trailers but we were turned off by his sales approach and bad attitude. We were walking out when approached by Jeisy Gewargis. After explaining the situation to Jeisy, he talked us into giving him a chance. Jeisy turned a bad experience into a great one He showed us all the features of the trailers and expl...ained pricing. There is no haggling at this dealership so expect to pay full sticker price although we felt that the trailers were competitively priced. The owner personally worked on getting our financing, at the monthly payment we were looking for. We would purchase again from Best RV and recommend asking for Jeisy. This review is based on our sales experience only. We haven't yet picked up our toy hauler so I can't review the walk through experience or the service department at this time but will do so in the future. See more

We had an issue with trading our RV for an upgrade but thanks to Ty Towers at Best RV for providing exceptional information and assistance with our new RV. He told us all the details of our new , fixed any issues, was patient and a pleasure to speak with. Our sales rep, Sam Amin was friendly and not pushy, as well as Nile Amin who had settled are dispute professionally. Nick in the service department was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient with any issues and concerns we had.

We had a wonderful adviser Danny Alexander, we stopped by 4th of July Weekend. We agreed to purchase the Fun Finder made by Keystone. We agreed to purchase the one we actually looked at. The one we thought we purchased was not the trailer they gave us. The trailer had a storage rack on the back & hot & cold outdoor unit. Danny showed us these outside options, which we knew we wanted. The owner knew that he entered the Vin. which was not the one we thought we purchased. ...When we went to pick it up his brother which was the other owner, said we were now the owner, it was considered used. Let me remind you that we haven't even driven it off the lot. These owners are misleading the customers. We thought someone who runs a business wouldn't try to sell a customer less than what they knew they had bought. BE AWARE. We had a great experience here, from start to finish. Their prices couldn't be beat, and my husband looked at all sources, including other nearby states. Jerry, our salesman, took us to see all the trailers we wanted in our class and cost. He was patient, informative, helpful and provided good insights...not high pressure. We intially chose one trailer, then went back a few days later and made another selection that better fit our needs. No problem. They stored the trailer f...or us while we made arrangements for storage, etc. Larry took care of financial services, searched for the best rates, and finalized all the paperwork with the lender, no hitches. Our service walk through was delayed over an hour because of a glitch on our part, but they accomodated us anyway. Our rep was Curtis, who was very thorough and informative, yet made the process fun. He answered all our questions...some more than once, but made sure we had the info we needed. He helped us with accessories, and we felt comfortable we had everything we needed for our next camping adventure. Don (also from service) installed two TV mounts, again, thorough, respectful and professional. Those guys were such hard workers We were impressed. We would, and have, recommended this dealer to others. See more
