Bernie looked beyond their exterior and KNEW within them, whatever they desired could be achieved. She began helping people discover whatever they desired, could be accomplished. Her life & her work continue to be inspired by this quote by Emerson: What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters to what lies within us. Today, she teaches, coaches, & speaks with individuals & groups on movement, health & spirituality using the profound connection of what lies within. Bernie’s BodyTalk practice is built on a foundation of multiple body therapies including massage, Rieki, MyoFascial Release, and Matrix Energetics. Bernie balances her BodyTalk practice, with Mind Body Life Coaching and Spiritual Counseling. She sees clients with a wide variety of concerns in her Ventura, CA office. Bernie offers workshops, book studies and is also available for long distance/remote sessions.
