As most of you have probably read, there was a press release today from David Rabbit stating Dr Mase is on board with the new state guidelines that include salons opening indoors. Bella Moda will be open starting Tuesday September 8th. As we experienced last time, there are an overwhelming number of you anxiously waiting to get in. We have people that have been scheduled to come in since before the first shut down (March) who were not able to get in last round. I understand ...the urgency, as we have people getting married, and other important life events that would be great to have haircuts for. Please be patient. There is a tremendous amount of anxiety each time this happens, as there are SO many of you to start calling/booking according to where we left off. Thank you all for your patience. We look forward to calling you all and getting this show on the road. As you can imagine, we had to start our lives all over, work other jobs, and find ways to keep busy, so we will need this week to make arrangements to free our time back up for our normal job.

I feel the need to apologize once again for the confusion. On Friday August 28th, the state allowed salons to operate indoors starting August 31st. Unfortunately, Our Health Officer announced that we cannot open our hair salons indoors. The state has given the ok, but has left it up to counties to decide. The state website lists Sonoma County as open but per our Health Officer, we cannot open. We will be getting an update on Monday from her. If she allows for it, we will be reaching out to all of you with existing appointments like we did last time. As of now, we are not open outdoors either, as we cannot due to location issues. So we are still 100% closed. Thank you all again for your patience. Best, Jessica

Bella Moda will be at the sidewalk sale downtown tomorrow. Clothing is priced to go! If you have any special requests for products for us to bring please let me know. I do not plan on bringing all of our product inventory, as it does not sit well in this kind of heat. Look for the $5 maxi skirt and dresses. Looking forward to seeing you all!

I am so sorry for the late announcement, and I assume you are all aware of our latest shut down. It’s overwhelming to wrap our heads around it, as we were given only hours of notice. BUT, we have been through this before and I am convinced we will get through this again. Thank you all for the continued support, and to anyone who didn’t get in during the small window of us being open, we are so very sorry. I appreciated being open and seeing the few of you we were able to see please stay positive, this is a small phase in the large scheme of things. Best, Jessica
