It is with great sadness that we announce that Bella D'ora Spa + Salon will be permanently closing its doors. These unprecedented times have taken a toll we can no longer shoulder. We have been forced to close our doors since March, with no end in sight. A business our size cannot lose six-plus months' of revenue -- with many more looming months of uncertainty, financial loss, capacity restrictions, employees unable to return due to homeschooling and no rent flexibility -- an...d survive. Underscoring that, our ability to provide our guests with our signature services of pampering are effectively impossible under the new normal of coronavirus safety measures. Gone is our ability to offer drinks, a fuzzy robe and slippers, a moment of zen in our quiet room -- even blankets in our service rooms are no longer allowed. We have been stripped of our ability to offer what you've come to expect from us. It is with very heavy hearts that we make this announcement. Thank you so much for 16 great years. It has been an honor and pleasure serving our community. We are grateful for the many friendships and relationships we have forged over these nearly two decades. We appreciate your loyalty and support. We wish everyone health and future prosperity. Dear Bella D’ora Spa + Salon family, We would love to re-open again, but due to the county and state safety regulations we remain closed. Our high service standards cannot be met by operating outside. Facials, massages even hair services done with the high-quality and professional you’ve come to expect from us are unattainable in an outdoor setting. As a small business, the regulations imposed on us continue to be economically devastating.
