Join us for a Fishing Derby Halloween style! October 31, 7:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. meet at Lower Blackwelder Lake. Prizes awarded for the Biggest Fish & Most Fish Caught. All fish caught must be signed off by an OAC staff member. Must supply fishing gear & bait. Base and CA fishing licenses required, which can be purchased at the OAC.
