Midnight meal menu for the week of November 1st. Sunday:Smoked Beef Brisket ,Dirty mashed potatoes and Roasted corn. Monday :Roasted Chicken ,Cheddar mashed potatoes and Steamed corn ... Tuesday:Chicken fried chicken,mashed potatoes and peas w/mushrooms Wed:Beef tacos/cumin chkn ,cilantro rice and texted vegetables. Thurs:Mediterranean Fish ,Steamed rice and steamed vegetable medley Friday:Chkn w/fried onions ,Golden rice pilaf and Cauliflower mixed vegetables Sat:Chkn Tangine ,Lemon scented rice and Roasted brussel sprouts SUN:Herb baked chkn ,Rosemary red potatoes and Balsamic roasted vegetables.
