If you're hankerin' to try out the new Bergantino forte HP 1200-watt amp and the fantastic new HG412 cab, just drop by the shop - they're not on the street yet but you can place your order to be the first on you block to own the ultimate bass rig. The forte HP has many of the features of the B|Amp accessible from the front panel - distortion, fuzz, compressor, HPF, and soon an LPF. Yes, the software can be updated as Jim is known to do, and the USB port enables the use of the new two- or four-button wireless Bluetooth foot pedals to control the large feature set. Check it out.

Well, the first batch of Bergantino fortés is gone, but not to worry ... a fresh batch is on the way. If you like a very accurate, virtually unvoiced amp but don't want or need the extensive feature set of the B|Amp, the forté is for you, and its lower price point makes it very attractive alternative. What's great about both amps is that they faithfully reproduce the sound your bass puts out, so you can control your tone from the bass without the deleterious effects of "bake...d-in" voicing. We still have a prototype in the shop so you can come in and sample it then place your order. Also, both amps are an excellent choice for acoustic instruments - guitars, upright basses, whatever you play that deserves to be heard in its native voice. Paired with Jim's cabinets they are the choice for full-range flat-response (FRFR ) instrumental performance.

So you've been thinking about the fantastic sound of the Bergantino B|Amp but you really don't need the deep feature set. You like a nice, simple but powerful amp that faithfully reproduces the sound of your bass. Four-band EQ and maybe a compressor would hit the spot. Of course, an effects loop, aux in and headphone out would be nice. The frosting on the cake would be a lower price point. Enter the Bergantino forté! No screen or menus, but still the features you really need. We have one in the shop now for you to audition, and you can pre-order one or two for delivery this fall. Drop by and try the newest offering from Jim Bergantino's fertile and creative mind. Bergantino Audio Systems

Here are a couple superb Foderas - a Monarch Deluxe and an Imperial Elite. The Monarch has a Brazilian hickory top on a one-piece alder body, and the Imperial has a redwood burl top on an alder body with an ash tone block. Both have ebony fretboards and maple necks. Everyone should own at least one premium bass, and either one of these would fill the bill. Come in and try them out. Foderas are at the pinnacle of craftsmanship and tone. Isn't it time you owned one?
