Look what George found behind the tile walls at your favorite coffee house in Los Angeles county... black mold..they called because they had a little water damage.

Mold found inside the wall. Sometimes, you have to actually perform invasive mold investigation to find it. Turned out to be Stachybotrys and Chaetomium, after our analyst Tim looked at it.

A baby termite. I found in a piece of wood. In the microscope they are CREEPY.

Test or not Test? Bank built in 1983...after sampling 36,000 sqft. We actually found flooring that was hot at 10% on 2 levels. I thought for sure everything would be negative but you never know.

Factory Honda Brake Pads from Japan- Positive or Negative for Asbestos? After testing, they are negative.

Up close to the mold on the curtains. Looks like chains.

Aspergillus/Penicillium mold on the curtains. It was on several other items also. The walls had mold present but not too much. Will have to wait until wall are opened up by the Restoration Company to see how bad it really is.
