Major victory in one of our cases which will help me fight imminent removal of many other of our clients! The District Court dismissed the government’s arguments that the Court lacks jurisdiction over my client’s claims and that we had not stated a sufficient claim for relief!

Client needs to urgently travel to visit ailing mom abroad. Conditional green card expired. Passport expired. No passport photos. No InfoPass appointment. No problem. Thank you to Immigration services officer Collier for his professional courtesy in accepting our walk-in attempt at this office and despite all these deficiencies, provide my client with a new residency stamp which does not expire until March 2020. Now she can go renew her passport and travel freely to visit her mom. Thank goodness that how are governmental agencies still function properly and professionally sometimes despite all the radical chaos around.

We would like to celebrate the relaunching of our new website by announcing some more important partnerships we have entered into to fight for the rights of our clients: April 08th, 2019 The Law Offices of Bashir Ghazialam, APC, teams up with the Constitutional Law Center for Muslims in America to co-counsel on the litigation of a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security, asking a Federal District Court Judge in the Central District of California to invalidate DHS...'s denial of an Afghan national's green card application on the bases that he provided material support to a terrorist organization (The Mujahedeen or the "freedom fighters.") DHS's decision came after the application was pending for almost 20 years. More to come soon... https://www.lobg.net/phone/news-social-media.html Bashir Ghazialam
