We are so excited to be back in the studio delivering our effective workouts with good music , creative flow and experienced instructors. Morning classes are scheduled for 8:30 and 9:45 am. It has been a blast taking Therapy Social Fitness studio to the streets of Oceanside. We have so many fun events planned for the future and can’t wait to make some very exciting announcements for October . Balance :Do you sometimes confuse a ‘balanced life’ with a ‘I can do it all life’? Most of us fall into that trap on a regular basis. Personally, I think there is no such thing a truly balanced life - you can always strive for it however sometimes you’re up to your eyeballs and drowning and sometimes you catch yourself in moments of pure joy and calm. It’s a roller coaster. All we can really do is pull our abs in, stand tall and walk with one beautifully pointed toe in front of the other. Oh and don’t forget to smile with your eyes

Thanks again for the awesome Agility Barre class this am @bodybylauren Lauren is what I like to call a ‘mover and a shaker’. She has created her own little empire with products, personal training and Agility Barre! We are excited to have her Agility Barre class and as an instructor in the studio next month. Julie @raiscase @risingco has been so supporting and eager to help us connect for these outdoor workouts We are so excited for more! ... Connecting with other #girlboss in the area has been a great experience throughout COVID. Us girls have to stick together !!!!!
