Our Dark Chocolate Truffle with Cacao Nib! It is made with dark 64% cacao chocolate and a touch of 41% cacao milk chocolate for balance, blended with fresh, local, heavy cream. Then we hand-dip them in dark chocolate and cacao nibs for a deep chocolate flavor, with a subtle crunch.
