Hello lovers of housing. Here is a petition for you: https://actionnetwork.org//approve-the-irv-affordable-work& The developer is proposing to add one more floor to this building, which will make existing the 1 bedroom apartments on the top floor into THREE bedroom apartments! And rent controlled. It's totally zoning compliant, the planning department doesn't like the proposal because the individual planner assigned to the project doesn't think the common area in the prop...osed new 3 bedroom apartments is big enough. :eyeroll: It's not like there is a shortage going on or anything. Pls support MOAR housing. Sign, share.
