Bambauer Towing

Due to the extreme drought and our companies own struggle of needing water, Bambauer towing will be offering water delivery services for Orland residences who have lost their wells and need water. The City of Orland is selling the water only if you have well issues. We are able to deliver up to 4500 gallons per delivery. This will be considered non potable water delivery as of now and should only be used for house services and not for drinking water or human consumption. Any questions regarding cost and scheduling in a delivery, please call 15306249191. Please don’t call our direct business line as it conflicts with stranded motorists and law enforcement needs. In these uncertain times please be patient and understanding as we are all in this together.

We try to support the community as much as we can. It appears this otter showed up when there was ice cream in the freezer also.

This was a pretty big mess, loaded truck and trailer on its side, roadway covered in oils, 30,000 pound 14’ wide tractor in pieces and almost broken in half. A few different variables involved to deal with. Both drivers survived luckily. Our crew did great to get it all picked up and cleared out. Thanks to Precision Towing and crew for the help as well.

Here is the description of a completely blocked freeway, edge to edge on the southbound lanes. Our job depends on us 24/7, early mornings can make for long days. Glad to wake up early and help a fellow tower clear the freeway ASAP.

Vehicles rarely break down in the perfect spot. We appreciate the assistance of the Corning PD with some traffic control while we prepped this truck for towing.

When the boss is at the controls we know it’s serious! Lewis started the business in 1975 in a 1972 F350 tow truck and now has a fleet of 7 trucks. As you can see in the picture he still gets his hands dirty every so often.

We really appreciate customer feedback and compliments! We strive to serve anyone we come across 24/7 on the highways. Transporting containers can be a hassle but with the right equipment and some finesse it can be done. Thanks to Precision Towing for hauling one of the two and getting them both in place and dropped in less than 45 minutes.

We end up working in the wildest conditions sometimes. This was a couple nights ago rescuing a customer. An amazing picture for sure!
