Azteca Toastmasters is using the Zoom online meeting platform. Here are some tips for your online Zoom meetings: - Show yourself on camera, it creates a better connection between people. - Try to maintain eye contact with the camera lens. If you are reading from a prompt, position the prompt as close to your camera lens as possible. - Mute your microphone when others are talking. In Zoom, you can hold the space bar to temporarily unmute yourself. Helpful for quick verbal ...responses. - Test out the screen share features prior to a presentation - Maintain audience engagement by asking ‘quick-reply’ questions where audience can respond using one of the icon or emoji features.
