OR: If you have a child who likes to move around in class, during break time have them grab a card and complete a task before their next class Yellow: 15 Jumping Jacks Green: 20 squats Red: 30 second Plank Blue: 10 push ups Action card: 10 of your choice

Good afternoon Tri Com Families!!! Our Board has voted unanimously to forego a Fall Season & focus our time & energy into putting together a Spring Season. Our Spring Season can have: Drill Sessions, Tournaments (both on grass & on the beach) & Matches between Teams in our Region. We will need at the minimum, the same amount of support from our Volunteers. ... We haven't discussed the price yet, so standby & we'll post the price as soon as it's approved.
