Anxiety is palpitations, restlessness, excessive worry, sweating, shallow breathing, negative thoughts, feeling out of control, weeping, shouting, inability to ...speak, regretting the past, fantasizing about the future.....the list goes on and on. Anxiety is also missing out on social events, not being able to enjoy a cup of coffee, self criticism, lacking adventure in your life.....that list goes on and on and on and on. I live with generalized anxiety. I never knew I had it until I had my first panic attack. Mine is mild. Un-medicated by pharmaceuticals. But I have Xiao Yan Wan (free and easy wanderer herbal formula) and I have these magic points in my ears (see photo). The happy line: ear shen men, point zero, heart. Also added this morning for day 10 of my 30 day self needling challenge is parasympathetic nervous system with a half cun needle, DU20 and Yin Tang. Because packing and traveling causes me a lot of adrenaline surges, I use these points so I don’t have to miss out on my adventures! Have a great weekend all! See more

I like to post this video now and again. With this wind and dryness, you might benefit from a neti rinse to clear sinus congestion. https://youtu.be/YAffgKRg6P0
Avery Acupuncture proudly serves those veterans who have served in the armed forces. Pain can often be managed by acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and physical therapy. We are one of those rural clinics specializing in pain management. Avery Acupuncture is IN NETWORK with TriWest Healthcare Alliance. We are here for you. These benefits are yours. Call your VA representative today and request authorization to be treated at our clinic. The only cost to you is the service you’ve already given to our country.
I might not always carry needles around with me but I can do cupping therapy with just about anything in the kitchen cupboard.
