As the weather is warming up I thought to post about the use of sun screen. Everyone regardless of age should use sun screen. According to the American Academy of Dermatology one in five Americans will develop skin cancer in their lifetime! Apply your sun screen 15 min prior to going outdoors and don’t forget to protect your lips too with a lip balm that contains sunscreen. Check out the American Academy of Dermatology for more info!
