We are so incredibly proud of these two athletes. They came into our gym 5 months ago to try CrossFit for the first time. 3 months later they committed to there first competition the #DynamicDuo. At just 17 years old theses kids are dedicated, training at 5am before school, and work everyday. There determination is what will get them where they want to be with this new sport. Hey Guys the shirts are in!!!! If you ordered one please come by and pick it up between 8am and 5pm tomorrow July 3rd. We will be closed on Friday for 4th of July and open from 7:30am-9am on Saturday July 5th. Closed on Sunday July 6th than back to normal hours Monday July 7th. We Will Not Be Delivering Any Shirts to locations or meeting up with people to deliver shirts.

At 12 years old, Lauren Fisher started training at CrossFit 209 Sport in Stockton, California. As with other athletes who start CrossFit early in life, Fisher i...mproved quickly and reached a high level of fitness at a young age. In 2012, at 17, she competed at the NorCal Regional and finished 12th. The following year she went to the CrossFit Games as a member of the CrossFit Invictus team, which finished seventh.
