Well, here at the end of all things 2020, it seems that there only two things to do: honor those who died this year and celebrate the arrival of 2021. According to the New York Times, 19,891,500 people in the US have become infected and 344,221 have died. I don't personally know anyone who has died, but obviously, others have. My heart goes out to you if you have lost a loved one or a friend. With vaccines on the way, the new year should be better. I honestly don't know how i...t could be worse. In anticipation of New Year's Eve, we have everything we need to say goodbye to 2020. Except for the ability to party together. Since I'm not going anywhere, I thought I would host a New Year's Eve Party on Auri's Virtual Open Mic. Well, kind of. I wasn't planning to stay up until midnight. In fact, it will be pretty much like every other week, but with noise-makers. I guarantee that it will be just as exciting as watching the ball drop in New York without a crowd.
