It was circa 1990 when I decided I should do something to make the Tone Scale (the attitude scale) available to the general public. I had seen and delivered personally many seminars based on the Emotional Tone Scale by L. Ron Hubbard. I noticed the public attending enjoyed the lecture more than any other type of lecture and more than any other subject spoken about or lectured about. The interest was overwhelming. Everyone was interested in the tone scale. So I decided to some...how get it to the general public. My first concepts at that time were to make it into some sort of talking toy-like figures each replicating the different tones of people by squeezing it. I actually made the prototypes for these in the mid '90s. And for the next 20 some years I worked on the project as time permitted and never giving up despite many obstacles and even one "friend" telling me it would never be completed because of some basic complications. Finally with the advent of apps I saw a way to finish the project and did all of the work to do so and it was released as the first LRH based app. At a cost of tens of thousands of my own money I thought I would recoup my costs by selling it online. So I want to first acknowledge and thank everyone who did purchase it as that at least paid me something for my efforts. But now I've decided to make the app FREE to all! As it was my original purpose to get this vital life information to the general public I think that word of mouth and making it simple to distribute (as it is now free) will accomplish this faster than any other way. It has about 200 voice and animation examples of the ten different major tones/attitudes. Please pass this link around and have people download it as fast and as much as you like. The most touching story I heard was about a 12 year old who was pretty depressed about life and pretty withdrawn. Then when she viewed the app she realized her best friend was a covertly hostile person. She became exhilarated after the epiphany and went on to lead a very happy and very productive life! It made the creation of my app very worthwhile.
