Day 1 of the World Ag Expo!

We are in the process of assembling and testing a Macadamia Nut in-shell receiving and cleaning line. All frames and components have been hot-dipped galvanized to withstand the salty oceanic air in Hilo, Hawaii, where this plant will soon be processing product. This line comes complete with three 3-stage wash conveyor units, two destickers, a rock tank, and a high-pressure wash system (along with several other features).

NEW Jessee Mfg. fully automated Walnut Inshell Sizing System. This turnkey sizing system features high-accuracy sizing with true 40,000 lbs. /hr. output capacity, utilizing an auto feed system to reduce forklift traffic and system infeed delays. The Infeed Auto-Feed System is sized to handle 52 max height wood bins with unstacking-dumping-stacking to meet high-capacity requirements. The entire sizing system has production reporting functions which can be customized for each customer's requirements. The system has more options that are available upon request.

The finishing touches on a Jessee 16-Ton/hr. Walnut Hulling Line in Córdoba, Spain with harvest right around the corner. This system is complete with a 120-Ton capacity Walnut Stadium Dryer System.

We are nearing completion on a brand-new 8k/hr. Double-Cut Aspiration Walnut Shelling Line complete with an adjacent 10k Roll Sizing In-Shell Clean/Size System. The entire system is currently pre-fit in our shop and open to visit/tour before it’s broken down and shipped to Chile. Videos soon to follow.

Over the past year we have made several capital improvements, one of which was the purchase of a Mazak Hypergear Laser System. Our Mazak Hypergear 510 is equipped with a 20-pack tower system. We are currently cutting up to 3/4" thick mild, stainless, aluminum, and galvanized steel, and we are capable of taking on outside projects from customers. By taking this vital process in-house, the addition to our fabrication and assembly facility has allowed us to drastically cut down on laser-cut material lead time. It has helped streamline the process to better meet our customers' needs on tight deadlines. Check it out:
