I WON! Some days I don’t feel like working out so what do we do on those days... I scratch whatever the plan was for that day and I do 30min of something. Definitely low impact and low intensity but I get something done. Curls and kickbacks, instead of burpees I do jumping jacks, push ups & assisted pull ups etc... What’s your plan?
