WOW! We did it! I want to sincerely thank my tremendous staff for the fantastic job they’ve done this year to make this precious award possible! The ups and downs we all went through and felt and deal with on a daily basis affects us but we all have such desire to better our collective efforts to provide our guests with great food and service. Taking extra measures in our food quality, preparations and cleanliness from top to bottom (literally) has also been a welcomed challe...nge. This award in no means gives me any desire to ‘take the foot off the gas pedal’ so to speak. I intend to only get better and push forward and to challenge myself and staff. Ofcourse, the biggest thank you of all goes to our community and guests. Thank you for supporting, recommending, voting, and enjoying our cuisine!
