Can you imagine working everyday to make other people look good and feel good about themselves? Your SOLE purpose is to fill everyone's cup day in and day out. ...It doesn't matter if your mental health isn't good that day or if you're not feeling well. You can't JUST put in less effort that day and make up for it the next day. We are expected to give our A game every day. Have you ever tried to read someone's mind? There are 50 shades of blonde and pinterest pictures for days. We have to combat layers of box dye and hard water build up. Know how to do the perfect braid, that's messy but not too messy. Formulate a toner that takes away yellow but not too ashy, bright but not too bright. Be a pro at curly hair, thin hair, home care, etc. And absolutely no room for error! Can you imagine messing up at work one day or not making something look exactly like the picture and then being picked on allover social media? Girls talking about your job to one another? Of course not, because only in our industry does that seem to be okay. Please don't tear apart people who pour their hearts into trying to make you happy. And at the very least, if you leave a salon unhappy, that is no one's goal, so give grace and communicate your problem. You would never want someone to make you feel like you're worthless at what you do, especially on social media, so don't do that to your beauty industry girls and guys. ETA: I don't do hair barefoot but my feet were hurting and I wanted to try out my new stool that my awesome employee brought for me and she snapped a pic #shortgirlprobs ALSO: The stool is called an aerobic stepper and has adjustable heights!

Blend those grays baby!!! Did you know you can blend grey hair with foils? If you don’t want the maintenance and constant upkeep of completely covering the grey, this is the perfect solution! ... No more skunk stripes!! We did a partial highlight/lowlight with a halo, root shadow and gloss to achieve Tracy’s beautiful look.

Coming to the conclusion I couldn’t wear mascara anymore broke me heart! I would cake on 2-3 coats and feel alive! These magnetic lashes have really made me feel beautiful again!!!!
