Assistance League of Orange delivered 75 bags to the Orange Senior Center this holiday season to provide them with a brighter holiday. Our members donated beautifully wrapped blankets for the men and shawls for the women plus holiday socks and a delightful treat to bring a smile to the faces of these seniors.

A pandemic doesn’t stop our members from continuing to help those in need! Our members have been busy bringing the Christmas spirit to our community. ALO's YourPlace program provided sixteen, 6-7 ft. Noble fir trees with stands and skirts, and one artificial tree to the young adults living at Orangewood. Residents were also given various Christmas presents including toys, coats, basketballs, socks, video games, curtains, sweatshirts, and make up. 17 holiday cookie baking kits were also included to continue the Christmas cheer.

Operation School Bell continues! Our members aren’t going to let a pandemic stop them from our mission to help members of our community. So, using social distancing measures and wearing masks, they filled and distributed 60 school uniform requests in less than two hours for local students.
