So many places to hike in California! After hiking 1000 feet to the top of Madonna Mountain I like stretching and getting some body weight strength exercises in to balance the lower body emphasis; like the push-ups here, planks and bicycles. Most of my workouts include whole body movements because I find them more functionally effective and a good use of my time.
