We know that quality psychological care can be very difficult to find. When you or a loved one is suffering, trying to understand and navigate the broken mental health system in our country is daunting.

Our goal at Ascend is to help restore healthy neuropsychological "brain" functioning in each teen we serve. In doing so, we strive to not only reduce the symptoms of mental health conditions, but to help our teens start a journey towards healing and wholeness.

We're growing and adding a second IOP time starting on Monday, January 18th! Our new times are 12:30pm - 3:30pm OR 3:30pm - 6:30pm. We look forward to serving you!

In addition to regular group therapy, our IOP involves teens meeting weekly with a therapist for one one on sessions. These therapy sessions allow the teen the time and space to work more intensely with a therapist on their concerns.

We are passionate about helping teens who are struggling to function at home, school, and in the community because of mental health conditions. We seek to create a safe env...ironment where adolescents are able to connect, learn, and grow, so they can live a meaningful and fulfilling life. We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic therapist to join our team, serving adolescents who are struggling with mental health conditions. The incumbent therapist will conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, lead group therapy, conduct individual and family therapy, and provide case management and crisis intervention as needed. Qualifications: - Licensed as a MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist - Two years experience with adolescents Preferred Qualities: - Driven and flexible professional - Enthusiastic and passionate therapist - Strong interpersonal skills Duties: - Individual therapy (approximately 12 sessions per week) - Group therapy (approximately 12 hours per week) - Family therapy (as needed) - Intakes, treatment plans, and discharges www.ascendbh.com Job Type: Full-time
