Good morning, Capoeria will be held at wildwood park today in Chico. Across from the fire station at the entrance to Upper Park. See you all there!

Music is such a big part of capoeira and it can be so powerful. I stumbled across this and was moved. Here is a great song, sung by an incredible Mestre. Practice your movements to free your body, practice your music to free your soul!

Adults: Saturday TBD Zoom link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/324614757 Originally my intention was to keep the schedule close to the way we were training in the Academy to keep class times easy for everyone. However, with no end in sight to this pandemic, I am changing up the schedule. We will now meet Monday nights for Kids and adults, and we will meet Saturday. Saturdays class will either be on Zoom or we will be meeting at the park so that way we can train socially distanced in person. I will let everyone know, hopefully by Thursday where and when we will be meeting. If we are on zoom the link is above, but please check back on the facebook page. Thanks for your time. We had a great class yesterday and had some fun doing music afterwards. Im very proud of my students! We're training tomorrow. 3pm kids, 4pm adults, 5pm music. All on zoom.

Hey everyone, sorry for late notice. The plan was to have a class in the park at 10am tomorrow, but it is very smoky out today and may continue onto tomorrow. If we are able to have class tomorrow, Equilibrio will be teaching. We are currently looking for another location to meet in case of smoke. Stay tuned for more details.
