We're rolling into December with some menu updates! Sticking to our philosophy of keeping our beer seasonal and fresh, Chef Jake has created some food concepts for you to enjoy that embrace the flavors of the fall/winter. These will be available starting today at 11 am, so stop by to try these new dishes. Warm Brie Platter: A perfect shareable appetizer for the cold weather, this platter features a generous serving of baked brie, homemade baguette crostinis, sliced red apples..., and fig jam. Curried Chickpea Sandwich: Our first 100% vegan item, and it packs some serious flavor punch! Chickpeas coated in a bold curry sauce with cranberries, sliced apples, red onion, and arugula, all pressed together on sourdough. Brie Grilled Cheese: We're loving the combo of a crunchy baguette with the ooey-gooey melted apple butter, brie, Jarlsberg, and honey for a touch of added sweetness. For an extra flavor burst, add prosciutto (pictured) or bacon. Poached Pear and Prosciutto Salad: We know y'all love our bacon caprese (us too!) but it was time to say "see you in the spring" to tomatoes. This seasonal salad contains poached pear, prosciutto, shaved parmesan, and arugula tossed in a maple vinaigrette with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and baguette crostinis on the side.

We're bringing you three special beers, as well as a new Halloween dessert (chocolate whoopie pie with orange marshmallow filling, YUM!) from Lincoln's Presidential Sweets. We'll have three more exciting candy beers tomorrow! Tip Top Scarypop: Yabba Dabba Boo! (5.2% ABV) We took our Tip Top Lollipop sour base and added Fruity Pebbles c...ereal and lactose to it. Try it with a cereal float on top and you'll be howling "Yabba Dabba Boo!" Available as part of a flight/5 oz taster or 10 oz pour. No Crowlers will be available due to the limited quantity. Pioneer Pieces and Puffs (7% ABV) Mmmm...peanut butter chocolatey goodness in a glass. Our Pioneer Steam oatmeal milk stout gets an extra boost with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Reese's Puffs cereal, and crushed peanuts. Available as part of a flight/5 oz taster or 10 oz pour. No Crowlers will be available due to the limited quantity. Sprechen Sie Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Pretzel? (6.3% ABV) Your Oktoberfest favorite is back! We amped up our Sprechen Sie Umlaut? Märzen with crushed pumpkin spice yogurt pretzels. This version is decadent and sweet with a slight hint of salt. Available as part of a flight/5 oz taster or 10 oz pour. All Hallows' Eve is upon us, and Around The Horn is excited to celebrate with you and your family! Join us on Friday October 30 and Saturday October 31 for Halloween festivities. We'll have special releases of throwback candy beers (sours and stouts!), activities for kids (including trick-or-treating around the property on Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm), a costume contest, and Halloween desserts from our friends at Lincoln's Presidential Sweets. Show up in costume on Friday o...r Saturday to receive 50% off your first beer, and to be entered into our costume contest. Voting will be done virtually via Facebook. Happy Sunday, friends! The taproom is open, Bri's pouring fresh craft beer for you, and Chef Jake's ready to make you a delicious creation. We're showing sports for as long as the Internet is up (49ers and Raiders this afternoon, followed by the World Series this evening.) Our generator is hooked up and ready to run, so we plan to be OPEN even when the power goes off. Just make sure you bundle up, because it's going to be a chilly evening!

Today we’re releasing head brewer Andrew’s favorite beer he’s brewed thus far, and his namesake beer! Sabatino Pils (5.2% ABV) Sabatino was Andrew’s family’s last name when they arrived in the US many, many years ago. They were on the lam from Italy after an unfortunate incident involving his great-great-grandmother, a rock, and the town well. (Ask Andrew for the story next time you’re in the taproom!)... Sabatino Pils is an Italian-style Pilsner hopped with 100% Hallertau Mittelfrüh. You may ask, why the German hop with the Italian name? This beer is modeled after amazing examples of the style from Birrificio Italiano in Italy, as well as Pivo Pils from our California buds @firestonewalker. An Italian-style Pilsner is essentially a dry-hopped German Pilsner bursting with light herbal and floral notes. It’s insanely crushable, refreshing, and delicate. You can’t help but drink three or four! Available as part of a flight/5 oz taster, 16 oz pour, or in a 32 oz Crowler to go!

Pumpkin spice alert! Our friends at Lincoln's Presidential Sweets have done it again with this festive pumpkin mini cake. It's made with pure pumpkin and cream cheese frosting and topped with crunchy candied pralines and a white chocolate pumpkin. Perfectly sharable, it's reminiscent of all the wonderful parts of fall in one bite. Plus it's gluten free! We recommend pairing this mini cake with our Sprechen Sie Umlaut? Märzen amber lager.

See you soon for brunch! Today Chef Jake’s serving up brown butter maple creme anglaise French toast. We don’t even know what half of those words mean but we can confirm that it’s delicious, especially topped with sliced banana, pecans, and a healthy dollop of whipped cream! Brunch starts at 10 am. No reservations required. We’ve got beermosas, mimosas, and of course our full beer and food menu. We’ll be showing football all day on the taproom TVs.

Brand new hazy alert! Snoozin’ at White Wolf (6.5% ABV) Even though this beautiful spot in Yosemite is closed for the season, we still pay homage to it with this new beer and look forward to future post-hike camping beers. Snoozin’ at White Wolf, named after the famed Yosemite campground, is made with over 50% white wheat malt for a complex, creamy drinking experience. We also got to play with some new hops in this one! Belma, Rakau, and Sabro lend notes of peach, melon, and lemon zest to this juicy beer. Although you can’t indulge in your favorite mixed drink at Around The Horn, you can find innovative cocktail-inspired beers on our tap list! Sentinel Mule (5.5% ABV) Today we’re releasing Sentinel Mule, a Moscow Mule-style blonde ale with key lime and ginger. The tart acidic base of the key lime is complemented by spicy ginger notes for the ultimate refreshing drinking experience! Available as part of a flight/5 oz taster, 16 oz pour, or in a 32 oz Crowler to go.

Have you tried our fruited sour series yet? Tip Top Lollipop is quickly becoming one of our best-known brands, and we’re excited to be surrounded by a bunch of sour heads like y’all! Our Tip Top Lollipop series of fruited sours is made with lactose for creaminess, hundreds of pounds of fruit puree, and of course sour yeast for that mouth-puckering tartness that we all know and love (okay maybe not all of us love it, but we know there are many passionate sour fans out there!) The name comes from a local mine around Big Oak Flat (the Tip Top mine) and the fact that these beers taste like candy! Currently on tap we’re serving up our Imperial Tip Top Lollipop: Mango, Pink Guava, Pineapple. Stop by the brewery today to enjoy a pour of this 8% sweet tart goodness.
