Great info from our friends at Gravel Bike California!

We raised a glass to toast farewell to our friend and long-time mechanic @olsenaviles. Yesterday was his last day before setting out on his own. He’s been an important part of Around the Cycle from nearly the beginning. We wish him great happiness and success in all his endeavors!

A few years ago the La Tuna Fire hit the Verdugo mountains, now for the last few weeks we’ve been watching the #bobcatfire rip through some beautiful places we love to ride. We know fire is a part of the cycle of nature but it’s hard to see the landscape being devastated. It's amazing that #letourdefrance happened at all this year. It was different, but just as challenging; the riders still had to travel all those miles. We really enjoyed following EF Pro Cycling. This American team worked so well together, with a very respectable 4th place in the team classification, and a Stage 13 win!
