Here is a great story from a colleague about the muscle testing I do with many of my clients. Unlike the previous post about NKT, this modality focuses on neurological receptors. It looks crazy, but super effective. Check it out!!!

Dr. Axe has featured NeuroKinetic therapy in his blog. This is the modality I use by muscle testing to determine muscle compensation patterns. Pretty cool stuff!!!

I am a huge fan of epsom salt baths, and recommend them often. Many times my clients do not have access to a bathtubs so the baths are out of the question. Here is another way to get the benefits of topical magnesium without having to soak for 20 min.

Another blog post. This one I touch upon my meditation practice. I have been at it on a daily basis for 78 days so far. Kicking off 2018 the right way, and sticking with it. New Year's resolutions never stick this long.
