Since his family were pre-approved with a lender, we immediately began looking for homes in Kerman. ... The city of Kerman in Fresno County is a small community with its population at around 14,000 residents. Our homeownership journey took us through viewing several homes throughout the city on El Mar Ave, Dylan Ave, B Street, Ashli Ave, Sunset Ave, Goldenrod Ave, Boyd Ave. The family placed seven offers over a five month period, never giving up and always with a positive mentality of there is something better out there before receiving an acceptance on the seventh home. The average days on market in Kerman for the month of September was 10 days, so homes went off market fairly quickly.
