After this crazy year, appraisers are anxious for some much needed R&R! Many are on leave for the holidays and the appraisers who are working are busy. Even in metropolitan areas appraisers have been standardly quoting due dates into January! Please set expectations with your borrowers and plan for some possible turn time delays. We'll prioritize purchases over refinances to ensure homeowners who need it have a place to call home this winter.

After all that has happened in 2020, we hope you are able to take some time off and relax during this upcoming holiday season.
