APALI is seeking an Executive Operations Assistant to support the Founder Executive Director remotely on a multiple-day weekly basis. Working closely with the Founder Executive Director, this person provides instrumental behind-the-scenes magic that allows for the smooth execution of APALI’s high-quality leadership classes, civic leadership events, and an annual fundraiser. Applicants for this position must be a self-starter, action-driven, efficient, flexible, thrive in ...a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and succeed in communicating with all levels of stakeholders. The Executive Operations Assistant will join a dedicated team invested in APALI’s culture of promoting civic leadership and social justice for underrepresented communities. This is an ideal position for someone who loves details and logistics and providing superior internal customer service to APALI’s civic network and alumni community, training participants, and stakeholders.
