The spaces we inhabit evolve with our changing needs and the world around us. We remodeled this historic 7,000 sq. ft. Hollywood estate to allow for a more open, transparent flow for the home’s television executive owner and family. For this project, we focused on its inherent charm and opened up a labyrinth of smaller rooms to create a great room where the whole family can gather.

Located in Brentwood, California, the 14,000 sq. ft. home's layout and design is focused on providing space for a growing family. We are so pleased to show you exciting progress at Arcadia Home, a labor of love we have been working on for the past few years. At 15,000 sq. ft., this charming home with arches wrapped around the exterior embodies the vernacular of classic Spanish-Californian architecture.
