Rain or shine, our design, construction and project management team is working dedicatedly on the new high school building at Madison Park Academy in Oakland. And on March 22, we celebrated the Topping Off Ceremony with OUSD Board of Education Director, Superintendent and Director of Facilities and Management, along with teachers, students and the principal at Madison Park Academy -marking an important milestone in construction.

We had a great time meeting the Aptos community to kickoff the program and criteria generation of the Aptos Branch Library. We feel great to be a part of the Measure S in support of the public library system and excited to deliver the Aptos Branch library project though an alternative project delivery process. Oakland Rainbow Rec Center under construction! We are excited to share the construction progress of the Oakland Rainbow Rec Center project. Many thanks to the City of Oakland Public Works team and the JUV, Inc. construction team in collaboration to complete the project. We look forward to welcoming the community early next year. Can't wait!

We are proud to be a part of the project development at the Oakland Rainbow Recreational Center! The ground breaking ceremony was held on 3/10/18 and the construction is now full speed. We value the participation that the community has provided, and attribute the success of the delivery to the collaboration that the entire team has brought forth. Construction of our new Madison Park Academy is well underway! This unique high school wing in the heart of East Oakland campus introduces a new opportunities for the community students who otherwise had to travel to attend school. The project focuses on passive sustainable building strategies including single loaded building layout for natural daylighting and ventilation. In addition, the building structure is utilizing tilt-up concrete construction for thermal mass utili...zation. The project construction is expected to complete in December of 2018. There is a hole! The construction of a new finishing kitchen for Oakland Unified School District's Kaiser Elementary School is underway. We are excited to be a part of this ambitious nutritional service program, which provide access to affordable and fresh meals to our children!
