When we start to become aware of our thoughts and habits, we begin to objectify our subjective mind. We are becoming aware of the habits, beliefs, attitudes, em...otions, and perceptions that are running our life. This is the program. To break this program, we have to become aware of it. When you are consistently stopping those old routines of mind and body then "nerve cells that no longer fire together, no longer wire together." Awareness of the old self is the key. As you prune away the neurological hardware of the old self, you also no longer signal the same genes in the same way. You are breaking the habit of being you. Once you have become familiar with the old self to the extent that no thought, behavior, and no feeling will cause you to fall unconsciously into previous patterns, you might agree that it would be a good idea to begin to become familiar with the new self. We challenge you to get off all social media this week and get outside instead!! Normal 8:30am zoom workout every day! MWF we will be zooming from the park, where there’s lots of glorious space and amazing fresh air. You doing the normally posted workouts on your own? Awesome! Masters - you’re doing 2 rounds of 25 reps Daily Workout:... 2 rounds for time: 40 kb swings 25/35 40 squats 40 aussies, mid band pulls M/H or db bent rows 15/20 ea. 40 lunge steps (R+L=2) 40 OH db presses 15/20 ea. 40 KB high sumo 35/54 40 triceps narrow pushups 40 back ext 40 tick tocks 25/35 (20 per side) 40 alt db biceps curls 15/20 ea. (R+L=2) Post time to comments. Daily Extras - Add a 400 m run after each round Aly getting GPP DB Twister in late last night - no need for gym garb let’s do this!!! Love those dead to high elbows!
