Be guarded yet open to people, be nice yet don’t waste your time, if they don’t add to my life they certainly won’t have a chance to take and effect it When making a change in fitness regardless if it’s for physical or health this becomes apparent fast. You’ll have friends that support... your choices and keep you on track and you’ll have the friends that try and tempt you to fail. The it’s one night, it’s one meal, it’s one drink friends. They want you to fail due to their own past failures and don’t want to see you succeed where they have not Always know where you are going and people that want to see you achieve it will always stay along for the ride

Pushing out those extra reps is what makes all the difference Too many times I see people just rep count. If you are doing working set of 12 your weight you chose should have you failing before getting to that 12th rep. If you are hitting your rep count every set then your cutting yourself short and not truly working to your maximum potential Are you getting the most out of every rep and every set?

This is a little break down how we @teamernd do our check ins with our clients. We do a 9 spot skin fold test with our clients. The reason behind doing this vs putting our clients on a in body machine is that it gives us tangible evidence thru measurements on how our clients subcutaneous fat is lowering or rising week by week vs relying on formula based machine. In my opinion it’s more accurate and more personable in the trainer/client relationship. Now don’t get me wrong a inbody machine is ok for tracking and i use it with my online clients that can’t come in for check ins as it still gives a baseline for tracking
