This is Laurie Becker, an AMAZING person and Zumba instructor. She taught me how to do the "Zumba Pose." Yep, there it is. We were learning five new choreos to bring home to our classes. They are all really cool, too. Come to class and dance them with us!

Subbing for the fabulous Kim Yee the next two weeks: Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-10:30 am, 7/30, 8/1, 8/6, 8/8 at San Mateo Athletic Club (and you can get a guest pass!) Her Zumba people BRING IT! Such a fun group! And have you tried my Thursday night Zumba Toning class at Pacifica Athletic Center, 5:30-6:30 p.m? It actually does tone up your arms! Zumba flavor with 1-3 lb weights. Cardio and sweat guaranteed.
