Legends of the Wild West returns... as a Youth Musical Theatre camp production! Getting To Know... THE SOUND OF MUSIC! The show that saved us all... This youth camp production gave kids who were suffering mentally from the lockdown a chance to feel creative, inspired and fulfilled. It gave us a sense of normalcy through interaction (even with distancing and masks). We are so grateful that And All That Jazz! PAC was given permission to share the Youth version of this classic, beloved musical, with all recommended safety guidelines in place. Our proces...s was unique! Auditions and the majority of rehearsals were held online via Zoom, with 2 different casts. When allowed to meet in person, all rehearsals were held outdoors with masks/face shields and distancing. Staging of the show was set so that characters did not touch or share any props. Although the Von Trapp children could not hug Maria as instructed in the script, the story was still told effectively and touched the hearts of all the families involved. Join our Musical Theatre & Dance Competition Team! We are holding Auditions at And All That Jazz on August 11 at 4pm. We offer teams in every level so even if you are a beginner, there are plenty of great options for all! We offer Musical Theatre Teams (singing and acting) in addition to Dance. To prepare for the audition and help you decide which styles to audition for, try our Dance & Theatre Intensives on August 10 (1-4pm). Try 6 different styles in a 3 hour session for... $25. Our teams will meet with full safety guidelines in place, including limiting group sizes, distancing, face coverings/shields, fresh outside air flowing through, extra cleaning & sanitization.
