Statement from Xilinx, Inc. spokesperson Tara Sims to ANCA, in response to our ongoing investigation into the discovery of Xilinx parts, software and technology in Turkish Roketsan missiles used by Azerbaijan to commit war crimes against Armenians: "We recently learned that Xilinx chips were used in armed drones deployed against Armenian civilians. Xilinx strongly condemns this violence, and as a result, commenced an audit of our complex supply chain to identify any actions we could take to prevent our technology from being used to commit this violence. After an investigation, we have instructed our authorized distributors to suspend the future supply of our products to several companies we have identified as having a role in building this equipment."

Among these actions should be your announcement that, as President, you will recognize the independence of the Artsakh Republic, end all U.S. military aid to Baku, fully enforce Section 907, and implement the Royce-Engel peace proposals (deploy gun-fire locators, add observes, and withdraw snipers). And also that you support the Artsakh Republic's full return to the OSCE peace process, remove obsolete restrictions on contacts between officials of the U.S. and Artsakh governments, and prepare now to provide hundreds of millions of dollars in emergency humanitarian and development assistance to Artsakh as soon as you are sworn in. BREAKING: In a letter to the ANCA this morning, Beringer AERO announced that it has suspended all deliveries for Turkish drones Earlier this week, the ANCA documented the discovery of Beringer "Sealed Fuel Reservoirs" in Turkish Bayraktar drones in a fact sheet anca.org/proof, which has been widely circulated to government officials and policy-making circles in Washington, DC. Beringer has locations in Greenville, SC and Tallard, France.... Beringer's full statement is posted to its Facebook page (and provided below): https://www.facebook.com/BERAERO/posts/3546509098740146 BERINGER AERO suspends all deliveries to Turkish UAV manufacturers after having found out about its products mounted on drones equipped with weapons and deployed over the Nagorno- Karabakh region to fight against the Armenian forces. The company wants to stay in line with its ethical policy and has never allowed the use of its products on vehicles that could threaten human life (see ethical charter in attachment). BERINGER products are designed and manufactured in France for General Aviation and civilian purposes. They are sold worldwide through different channels and are standard off the shelves for all vehicles, including UAVs. Therefore the European Union Control List of Dual Use Items does not list the these products as dual use items.

ACTION: San Jose, CA-based Xilinx, Inc. produces Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) chips that have reportedly been found in Turkish-produced Roketsan missiles being used by Azerbaijan to kill Armenian civilians. Roketsan missiles are fired from Turkey’s Bayraker UAVs.
