Thank you for visiting my page. I have been posting on my regular facebook page because everything I do and love is all combined. My Skincare and Yoga of Recovery are so intertwined meaning that it is healing from The Inside Out. My life and passion is about helping others feel better inside the Beautiful Human Form we are given. This happens first with acceptance. We are a combination of experience past and present. Sometimes all we need is to polish our mirror so when we lo...ok at our refection what is reflected is self acceptance and inner peace. Easier said than done, believe me I know!!!!! I am myself in long term discovery!!! Through my experiences good and not so good, my endless research on healing ( I am a die hard student), and my amazing selfless teachers and mentors, I am able to absorb, heal and pass it on. That is what I do. It is pointless for me to seek so much invaluable knowledge from others than keep it to myself. I have been a Skincare Expert over 20years and a Yoga Teacher for almost the same. It truly means nothing unless I am practicing what I teach. I don't always do it perfect but everyday I ask God what I can do to heal myself and others. I will continue to post on my page about life, Skincare and the Healing that takes place through Yoga and Breath. It is a practice which means it is practiced daily, one breath one moment at a time.
